At Isiah's Helping Hands, our mission is to uplift and support individuals in underprivileged communities through impactful initiatives that foster education, empowerment, and well-being. Each year, we focus on addressing the needs of vulnerable groups, particularly young mothers and children, through a variety of carefully designed programmes aimed at making a lasting difference.
Melissa Relief Programme
Kingston, Jamaica
In November 2025, Hurricane Melissa devastated many communities in Jamaica. Families lost their homes, their crops, and their livestock. Many were left without even the basics they needed to survive, food, water and essential supplies.
In response, IHH immediately stepped into action. With the generous support of our donors in Canada and the UK, we were able to collect financial contributions as well as food, hygiene items and essential medication for children, women, and men.
Our dedicated volunteers travelled to Jamaica to personally deliver these supplies, ensuring that help reached the people who needed it most.
Our mission continues into 2026 as we support communities on their journey to recovery and renewed hope.
